Characters with lower level than the dungeon they are in get a virtue chance penalty of 5% per level difference except when the difference is 6 (level 0 characters in the Darkest Dungeon) then the penalty is 33%. He is asking for specific values and the official wiki of the game can help us here. I don't think that this is what he asked. But generally speaking, it's better to just not get them that stressed in the first place. The higher a hero's Virtue Chance, the more likely they are to pass that resolve check. An afflicted hero can easily ruin an otherwise good run for the entire party. As you can likely imagine, this is much, MUCH less good. If they don't pass the check, then they get an affliction instead. If they pass the resolve check, they get a massive 'virtue' buff, massively reducing their stress while also giving many other benefits to themselves and the party over the course of the run.
